We use a specific program to display out sidebar ads on our web site. They appear to the right of this article.
In order to raise additional funds we have subscribed to a service which will place ads for their clients on our site among our regular sponsors. We do have a policy of not allowing ads for tobacco products, alcohol products or gambling services as well as other ‘adult’ products. We do have the right to screen the ads and will make every attempt to prevent unacceptable advertising.
It is political season and our first ad is for a candidate. We do not endorse parties or candidates but we freely accept their advertising dollars. If one party or candidate seems to dominate our pages it is only because they choose to do so. We make no decisions about ad frequency.
